Kathleen Nardella is a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She has operated a psychotherapy practice in Rockville and Bethesda for the past six years offering parenting coordination, reunification therapy, custody evaluation and psychotherapy services. Ms. Nardella has prior experience as a custody evaluator at Montgomery County Circuit Court. In 2013, Ms. Nardella was appointed by Governor Martin O’Malley to serve on the 20-member Commission on Child Custody Decision-Making, where she subsequently authored the report for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Sub-Committee. Ms. Nardella’s dedication to her clients was formally recognized through a Montgomery County Service Award in 2009 while she was working with offenders at the Montgomery County Pre-Release Center. Ms. Nardella holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, a law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Goucher College.
