No one gets married with the expectation that they will get divorced, but it happens. Coming to the conclusion that divorce is the best option for you is only the beginning. The actual process of getting a divorce can feel daunting. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, I guide you through the financial aspect of the process while looking to your future.
There are two phases to a divorce, the before and the after. Depending on what process you are using and where you are in that process, you will have different needs. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst as well as a Certified Financial Planner, my practice is designed to help at all the different phases.
Whether I am working as a financial neutral or exclusively with one client, I work to help organize what you have, analyze what the information means, educate on what the different pieces are and begin to generate options on ways to help solve the issues that dividing finances often bring.
The divorce is over, now what? When the settlement is done, there is a transition to a new reality. I work with you to customize an approach that addresses your unique situation. Once a plan is designed, I will assist in implementing that plan and continually monitor your progress. To read more about my practice, click here.
